Ingredients

2 olives
2 basque peppers - guindillas
1 anchovy fillet
Drizzle of extra virgin olive oil

Preparation

Thread onto a toothpick two guindillas and an anchovy fillet. Place an olive at each end.

Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and serve.

Seeds of the peppers can be removed if you prefer. The anchovy may be replaced with a piece of cheese from Quebec.
