Eterno has a delicate aroma of green almonds, artichoke and the scent of fresh green grass. Mountain herbs like rosemary and savory can be appreciated in the aftertaste.
The olives are handpicked and harvested very early, in the second half of October or beginning of November, depending on the fruit.
The production of Eterno is limited to 2000 bottles and each one is numbered.
Made from the selected fruits of our hundred-year-old olive trees on the Finca l'Aranyó estate, this oil is produced with Arbequina (90%) and Robal (10%), which are rare in the area. Once harvested, each variety is milled separately. The olive grove sits at 480 m above sea level.
