Lemon and Black Pepper Mustard Croutons
Ingredients

1 tablespoon O&O Lemon and Black Pepper Mustard

3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil

1 teaspoon of fresh chives, chopped

3 slices of your baker’s bread, cut into ½ inch cubes

Use gluten-free bread as an option
Preparation

1. Set the oven temperature at 350 F (180 C).

2. In a large bowl, whisk together the mustard, 3 tablespoons of olive oil and chopped chives.

3. Add the diced bread cubes and toss them in the dressing.

4. Lay the croutons on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.

5. Toss and turn bread cubes at least once.

6. Croutons are ready when golden and crispy.

7. Use croutons in salads and soups.
