Salmon Glazed with Maple Syrup
Ingredients

450g (1 lb) Salmon fillet

5ml (1 tsp) Worcestershire sauce

30ml (2 tbsp) Maple mustard

15ml (1tbsp) Lemon juice

15ml (1tbsp) Extra virgin olive oil
Preparation

1. Preheat the oven to 350 ° F.

2. Place the salmon on a sheet of aluminum foil and lift the edges of the paper.

3. Put on a baking sheet.

4. Combine the other ingredients and pour over the salmon.

5. Cover and cook for 30 minutes, brushing once, or until fish flakes with a fork.

6. Remove the salmon from the oven and let stand for about 5 minutes.
