Ingredients

Preparation

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350 °F and set the oven to convection mode

  2. 2. In a bowl, add the eggs , and powdered sugar and whisk

  3. 3. Melt the chocolate gently in a double boiler or microwave and add to the mixture

  4. 4. Add the olive and stir once more

  5. 5. Add the flour litlle by little and mix well.

  6. 6. Transfer to a greased mold and bake for 20 minutes .

  7. 7. wait intil the cake is lukewarm before your treat yourself
