Chocolate Fondant cake with Olive Oil
Ingredients

3 eggs

1 and 1/4 cup of powdered sugar

1 pinch of fleur de sel

150 g of dark chocolate

6 tablespoons of olive oil
Preparation

1. Preheat oven to 350 °F and set the oven to convection mode

2. In a bowl, add the eggs , and powdered sugar and whisk

3. Melt the chocolate gently in a double boiler or microwave and add to the mixture

4. Add the olive and stir once more

5. Add the flour litlle by little and mix well.

6. Transfer to a greased mold and bake for 20 minutes .

7. wait intil the cake is lukewarm before your treat yourself
