Extra Virgin Olive Oil, from the assembly of the two varieties: Arbequina 85% and Arróniz 15%. Fresh, fragrant oil, with great personality. It shows slightly spicy touches with soft notes of bitterness.

It is ideal for dressing all types of salads, and for grilled or steamed white meat and fish. Vegetables should be sautéed at a high temperature when using this oil to retain their succulence.
