O&O Gazpacho La Rambla, Cordoba, Spain

This is your traditional Spanish Gazpacho and it is perfect for all summer occasions.
It comes in a Tetra Pak container so refrigerate for serving. It is well seasoned so just serve as is or add fresh cucumber with a filet of EVOO.

Ingredients: Tomatoes (78%), peppers (10%), cucumbers (4.5%), extra virgin olive oil (4%), sherry vinegar, garlic (0.8%), salt.

Store in a cool place and refrigerate for serving.
After opening consume within 5 days.
