Marqués De Prado – Organic DO Baena 500ml Baena, Cordoba, Spain

Grand cru from "Cortijo de Suerte Alta", Marqués de Prado is made with a blend of two different types of olive, Picual and Arbequina.
Its fruity taste is distinguished by an initial sweetness and length in the mouth and ends with a very pleasant light pepperiness.

The Picual olive gives it its characteristic sweet bitterness due to its high level of natural antioxidants and aromas of green leaves, tomato and citrus.
The Arbequina olive has a mild entry followed by a characteristic spiciness on the palate and throat. Medium fruity with aromas reminiscent of green apple and banana.
