Eterno Salsa For White Fish


  • 800 g sauteed white fish (cod, haddock, turbot, etc.)

  • 400 g fresh tomatoes, grated

  • 1 red onion, sliced

  • Capers

  • Olives (black or green)

  • Peppers, sliced (red and/or yellow)

  • Fresh herbs, chopped (parsley, chives, oregano, etc.)

  • Eterno extra virgin olive oil

  • White wine vinegar (Torres Parellada)

  • Salt & pepper


  1. 1. Mix the grated tomatoes with the vinegar, Eterno olive oil, salt and pepper, then put aside.

  2. 2. Serve the sauteed fish on plates and cover with the salsa. Add some capers, olives, sliced onion and peppers.

  3. 3. Season with salt, pepper, olive oil and then sprinkle with fresh herbs.
