Grilled asparagus with lemon and parmesan
Ingredients

450 g (1lb) fresh prepared asparagus

30 ml (2 tbsp) O&O 8 - Hojiblanca extra virgin olive oil

Juice of 1 lemon

Parmesan shavings, to taste

Fleur de sel and fresh ground pepper
Preparation

1. Preheat BBQ at medium heat.

2. Put asparagus in a large bowl and pour olive oil and lemon juice, season with fleur de sel and fresh ground pepper. Mix until it is well coated.

3. Grill asparagus for 3 to 7 minutes, until desired cooking.

4. Sprinkle with parmesan shavings.
