Lo Sgocciolato is a very precious 100% Italian single estate extra virgin olive oil, produced in limited quantities and extracted with the cold drip method from 100% Moraiolo olives which are handpicked from early October to mid November. This evoo is extracted uniquely with the “Sinolea” machine which is a special and rare method for extracting olive oil. And this is why it is so unique and more expensive. Another grand cru produced by the Gradassi family.
Flair
It is has an intense fruit flavor, a herbaceous taste with notes of artichoke and bitter aftertaste. Made by and for olive oil aficionados.
