Apple Crumble
Ingredients

6 apples, peeled, cored and thinly sliced (about 4 cups)

125 ml (1/2 cup) rolled quick oats

60 ml (1/4 cup) whole wheat flour or all-purpose flour

60 ml (1/4 cup) maple syrup

3 ml (1/2 tsp) cinnamon (optional)

45 ml (3 tbsp) extra virgin olive oil Olive & Olives 8
Preparation

1. Preheat the oven to 350 °F.

2. Place the apples in an 8" x 8" lightly greased pan 8 "x 8".

3. In a bowl, mix together the oats, flour, maple syrup and cinnamon.

4. Add the extra virgin olive oil.

5. Spread this mixture over the apples.

6. Bake for 45 minutes.
