Apple Crumble

Ingredients

  • 6 apples, peeled, cored and thinly sliced (about 4 cups)

  • 1/2 cup rolled quick oats

  • 1/4 cup whole wheat flour or all-purpose flour

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon (optional)

  • 3 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil Olive & Olives 8

Preparation

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 350 °F.

  2. 2. Place the apples in an 8" x 8" lightly greased pan 8 "x 8".

  3. 3. In a bowl, mix together the oats, flour, maple syrup and cinnamon.

  4. 4. Add the extra virgin olive oil.

  5. 5. Spread this mixture over the apples.

  6. 6. Bake for 45 minutes.
