Apple vinegar vinaigrette
Ingredients

160 ml (2/3 cup) apple vinegar (aged in barrels)

6 tbsp. tablespoons extra virgin oil (green fruit)

lemon juice to taste

1/2 tbsp tablespoons fleur de sel

1/4 tbsp tablespoons cracked pepper
Preparation

1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients, shake well and refrigerate until ready to serve. This vinaigrette will keep for 2 weeks in the refrigerator.
