Chocolate Olive Oil Cake
Ingredients

1½ cups of all purpose flour

¾ cup unsweetened good quality cocoa powde

1½ tsp baking soda

½ tsp salt

¾ cup brown sugar

½ cup extra virgin olive oil / light fruity

1½ cups water
-
1 tbsp O&O apple vinegar
-
1 jar O&O chocolate spread for icing
Preparation

1. Preheat oven to 350 ° F and grease a 8-9 inch round cake pan and lightly duct with cocoa powder.

2. In a large bowl whisk together the flour, baking soda, cocoa, salt and brown sugar. Add olive oil and whisk well to combine all ingredients.

3. Add the water and vinegar and mix until smooth

4. Pour into cake pan and bake for 30-35 minutes until a toothpcik comes out mostly clean.

5. Remove from oven and allow to cool in pan for ten minutes. Loosen edges with a knife and flip it out onto a serving plate.
