Sole Fillet with Pepper & Lemon Mustard


  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) pepper and lemon mustard

  • 4 sole fillets

  • 2 cloves garlic

  • Extra virgin olive oil


  1. 1. Spread the sole fillets on a plate. Brush the fish with mustard and lemon.

  2. 2. Cut the garlic cloves into a net and add them to the marinade. Let stand for 5 minutes on the counter.

  3. 3. Put a splash of extra virgin olive oil in a large-diameter pan and heat.

  4. 4. Fry the sole fillets and garlic on the pan on both sides. In less than 5 minutes, your dish is ready, bon appétit
