Sole Fillet with Pepper & Lemon Mustard
Ingredients

15 ml (1 tbsp) pepper and lemon mustard

4 sole fillets

2 cloves garlic

Extra virgin olive oil
Preparation

1. Spread the sole fillets on a plate. Brush the fish with mustard and lemon.

2. Cut the garlic cloves into a net and add them to the marinade. Let stand for 5 minutes on the counter.

3. Put a splash of extra virgin olive oil in a large-diameter pan and heat.

4. Fry the sole fillets and garlic on the pan on both sides. In less than 5 minutes, your dish is ready, bon appétit
