Strawberries With Balsamic 4 Ori and Mascarpone Cream


  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) balsamic vinegar Olive & Olives 4 Ori

  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) basil, chopped

  • 500 g strawberries

  • 125 ml (½ cup) whipped cream

  • 275 g mascarpone

  • 60 ml (¼ cup) honey

  • 80 ml (1/3 cup) icing sugar


  1. 1. In a big bowl, mix the balsamic vinegar with the honey and the basil. Gently stir in the strawberries. Cover and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hour(s).

  2. 2. Using the electric mixer, whip the cream at high speed until firm peaks are obtained. Incorporate the icing sugar and the mascarpone by gently lifting the preparation using a spatula.

  3. 3. Spread the strawberries in four bowls. Garnish with mascarpone cream and decorate with a basil leaf, if desired.
