Fuente Baena DO Extra Virgin Olive Oil on Lobster
Ingredients

1 garlic clove per person

1 head of garlic
Preparation

1. Slice the top part of the head of garlic. Brush with Fuente Baena extra virgin olive oil. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F until garlic is soft and golden brown (about 20 minutes).

2. For each guest, our Fuente Baena extra virgin olive oil in a small serving bowl and add a garlic clove. Cover. Drizzle on lobster pieces when serving.
