Grilled Fish
Ingredients

450 g (1 lb) firm fish fillets (mahi-mahi, tuna, tilapia, or other)

60 mL (1/4 cup) extra virgin olive oil Olive & Olives 8

10 mL (2 teaspoons) capers
-
5 mL (1 teaspoon) lemon zest
Preparation

1. Marinate fish for 30 minutes to two hours in olive oil, capers and lemon zest.

2. Grill fillets over medium heat for a few minutes on each side.

3. Sprinkle with lemon fleur de sel and serve.
