Salmon Glazed with Maple Syrup

Ingredients

  • 450g (1 lb) Salmon fillet

  • 5ml (1 tsp) Worcestershire sauce

  • 30ml (2 tbsp) Maple mustard

  • 15ml (1tbsp) Lemon juice

  • 15ml (1tbsp) Extra virgin olive oil

Preparation

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 350 ° F.

  2. 2. Place the salmon on a sheet of aluminum foil and lift the edges of the paper.

  3. 3. Put on a baking sheet.

  4. 4. Combine the other ingredients and pour over the salmon.

  5. 5. Cover and cook for 30 minutes, brushing once, or until fish flakes with a fork.

  6. 6. Remove the salmon from the oven and let stand for about 5 minutes.
