Sherry vinegar marinade for grilled chicken or pork stewers
Ingredients

100 ml Maple syrup

2 tablespoons Pedro Ximenez sherry vinegar

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

3 teaspoons black and lemon mustard

salt and pepper to taste

2 limes quatered and brushed with olive oil

8 cherry tomatoes
Preparation

1. Reserve marinade for basting during cooking. Marinade the meat cubes for a few hours. Add two pieces of lime and two tomatoes to each skewers with meat. Grill on a plancha for a better result .
