  • Foie gras

  • Ginger bread slices

  • Balsamic vinegar or balsamic crema

Preparation

  1. 1. To enhance all these flavors, the foie gras should be served on a thin slice of ginger bread.

  2. 2. Add a few drops of Leonardi truffle balsamic glaze on top of the foie gras and enjoy.
