Easy everyday vinaigrette
Ingredients

125 ml(1/2 cup) O&O 8 Hojiblanca Extra virgin olive oil

45 ml (3 tbsp) O&O 3 Ori balsamic vinegar

30 ml (2 tbsp) O&O Maple mustard
Preparation

1. Mix all the ingredients with a whisk except the oil until you obtain an emulsion.

2. Add slowly the oil and whisk.

3. Serve on a green salad or bean salad.

4. Keep it in a sealed container in the fridge until 2 weeks.
