Quail eggs tapas

Ingredients

  • 1 quail egg

  • 1 slice of piquillo pepper

  • 1 small slice of serrano ham

  • Extra virgin olive oil

Preparation

  1. 1. Grill the serrano ham under the broiler until slightly crispy and put aside.

  2. 2. In a frying pan, fry the egg in extra virgin olive oil without turning it over.

  3. 3. Put the ham, pepper and egg on a slice of bread.

  4. 4. Salt and pepper to taste.
