Strawberries With Balsamic 4 Ori and Mascarpone Cream
Ingredients

30 ml (2 tbsp) balsamic vinegar Olive & Olives 4 Ori

15 ml (1 tbsp) basil, chopped

500 g strawberries

125 ml (½ cup) whipped cream

275 g mascarpone

60 ml (¼ cup) honey

80 ml (1/3 cup) icing sugar
Preparation

1. In a big bowl, mix the balsamic vinegar with the honey and the basil. Gently stir in the strawberries. Cover and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hour(s).

2. Using the electric mixer, whip the cream at high speed until firm peaks are obtained. Incorporate the icing sugar and the mascarpone by gently lifting the preparation using a spatula.

3. Spread the strawberries in four bowls. Garnish with mascarpone cream and decorate with a basil leaf, if desired.
