Olive oil  apple cake



  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350°F. In a large bowl, mix eggs, sugar, cinnamon and oil. Peel and slice the apples then add to mixture (work rapidly so that the apples do not oxidize.)

  2. 2. Mix together baking soda and flour and add to the other ingredients in the bowl. Mix until all the flour has been well absorbed.

  3. 3. Pour mixture into a greased pans: une one 9x13 or two 9" round pans. Baking should take approximately 55 to 60 minutes.

  4. 4. Leave to cool and pour O&O Balsamic vinegar caramel with a spoon.
