¼ cup drained Olive & Olives lemon-stuffed green olives
1 small garlic clove, minced and mashed with a pinch of salt
2 tbsp. finely chopped fresh parsley leaves
2 tbsp. green fruity extra virgin olive oil – Olive & Olives 1
2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
Optional – chili pepper
In a food processor pulse olives until finely chopped.
Add remaining relish ingredients and pulse until olives are minced.
Serve on top of fish, in hamburgers or simply with chips.
