O&O Mustard and O&O Grand Cru Apple cider Vinegar Ham


1 ham of 4 pounds
1 pinch of whole cloves
1 tablespoon of O&O Extra virgin olive oil mustard
¼ cup of honey
¼ cup of O&O Grand Cru Apple cider vinegar
½ teaspoon of nutmeg


Preheat the oven at 350°F.

Cover the ham with water in a cooker and let boil for 45 minutes.

Take the ham out of the water and insert the cloves into the meat.

Put the ham in a baking dish.

Mix all the ingredients for the sauce and baste the ham 3 times during the 2 hours of cooking.
